The 2026 IDGOP Winter Meeting is open to all Republican State Central Committee-members. The voting membership of the Republican State Central Committee shall consist of all voting members of the State Executive Committee, County Chairmen, State Committeemen, State Committeewomen, State Youth Committeeperson, and Legislative District Chairmen. A duly elected Vice-Chairman of a Legislative District or County may vote in the absence of the Chairman.
